BEAUTY AKTER was a born a very lower middle class family in 1991 at Kaukhali village of Kaukhali Upazila under Pirojpur district. She’s position of 3rd among their 6 siblings. Her father was a simple and low incoming farmer and her mother also an as usual housewife. Her father only one income sourcing person among their 8 number’s family. She completed class eight after facing lots of financial and other difficulties. In the meantime she unable to continue her study due to said financial problems. After considering these, she came to Dhaka due to lots of poverty of her family and she continuously searching a job but she unable to find a job.  She felt frustrated.

She was informed by observing advertisement-banner in front of mills main gate about offering full free training with employment opportunity under SEIP project at Comfit Composite Knit Limited, Gorai, Mirzapur, Tangail. With the lots of support of mill authority, she got a one (01) month long training on a course namely Sewing Basics & Sewing Machines that was implemented by Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) under Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP).

After succesful completion of aforsaid training, she has appointed on  1st November, 2016 as a helper at comfit composite knit limited with monthly salary BDT 5300/-.  The authority of comfit composite knit limited is very pleased to make a promtion as a assistant supervisor with monthly salary BDT 16700/- including basic, conveyance, medical allowances considering her dedication, sncerity to the jobs and puntuality.  She got other extra facilities from authority. Hoping she will be achieved any more promotion as a supersor. She express her gratenes to the SEIP because she believed that this is only SEIP’s contribution. Without SEIP’s contribution it is totally impossible. She provide 7500/- BDT monthly for bearing regular cost of the household in the village.  She said that her family is running so far so good than before.
