Who we are
BTMA-SEIP Project is a project which is jointly funded by People’s Republic of Bangladesh Government, Asian Development Bank – ADB and Bangladesh Textile Mills Association – BTMA
Ministry of Finance, GoB
Finance Division is the executing agency of the SEIP Phase-I project while three Ministries (Ministry of Expatriate Welfare, Education and Industries), Bangladesh Bank, PKSF and nine Industry Associations will be the implementing agencies.
Asian Development Bank
Asian Development Bank (ADB)proposed a Multi-tranche Financing Facility (MFF) Programme in order to take a long-term and comprehensive approach to support skills development in Bangladesh given its potential contribution to higher GDP growth by skilling and up-skilling a large number of working age population on priority sectors.
Bangladesh Textile Mills Association
BTMA is the Implementing Agency of BTMA-SEIP Project. Since 2014 BTMA is successfully leading BTMA-SEIP Peoject and contributing into the project goal.

Skill Migration Courses
We offer training program for both new entrant and upskilling.
No Tuition Fee
All the courses under BTMA-SEIP are completely free for trainees. There is no change to them.
Conveyance & Refreshment Allowance
All trainees will get 50 TK for tiffin and 100 TK for conveyance allowance per day based on their attendance during training period.
Job Ensurement
BTMA-SEIP Project is committed to ensure 60% of trainees will get a job into the industry.
Highlights of BTMA-SEIP Project
SEIP project is the only project with following exception features

Enrollment
Interested candidates contacts with our different training centers located near or in several textile mills and submits dedicated form at the training Center. After short listing training center enrolls a new batch.
03.
Certification
After course completion all the trainees have to pass an exam to obtain a certificate from BTMA-SEIP. The assessment are done by industry assessors. Both theory and practical competency get assessed.

We started our journey from Jun 2014 and now also get a plan and approval to run to 2020. From the beginning BTMA-SEIP project is developing the work forces skills in industries and invoking it self to develop our country.
